Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

• Order data: email, WhatsApp number, language, currency, time zone, country, order contents, and shipping address (physical goods only).
• Payment data: status, method, amount, and reference number from the payment provider. Your card number and account details are processed directly by Midtrans or PayPal and are not stored by us.
• Chat data: name, email, phone number, messages, and attachments you send through chat.
• Technical data: IP address (kept with orders to prevent abuse), device type, and browser.
• Article visit statistics: pages read, referring site, device type, browser, operating system, and a scrambled (hashed) visitor identifier that cannot be traced back to you.

2. What we use data for

We do not sell your personal data.

• Processing orders, showing access details, and sending confirmation and status emails.
• Answering questions and providing support through chat.
• Preventing fraud, spam, and abuse (for example limiting the number of requests per IP address).
• Understanding which articles are useful, in aggregate and without identifying you personally.
• Meeting legal obligations and keeping transaction records.

3. Who we share data with

Data is shared only as far as needed to run the service:

• Payment providers (Midtrans and PayPal) to process your payment.
• Email and hosting providers that send order emails and store site data.
• Authorities where required by law.

4. How long we keep data

• Order and payment data is kept as long as needed for transaction records, handling complaints, and legal obligations.
• Chat data is kept for up to 180 days after a conversation ends, then deleted.
• Visit statistics are kept for up to 180 days, then deleted.

5. Cookies and browser storage

• Necessary cookies: keep your session, shopping cart, and form security. The site cannot work without them.
• Browser local storage: your light or dark mode choice, and your chat session.
• We do not set advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

6. Data security

The access details of accounts we sell are stored encrypted. The site uses HTTPS, restricted staff access, and request limits to prevent abuse. No system is completely immune, but we work to protect your data as well as we can.

7. Your rights

Under the PDP Law, you have the right to:

• know and request a copy of your personal data that we hold;
• request correction of inaccurate data;
• request deletion of data, as far as it does not conflict with our record-keeping obligations;
• withdraw consent or object to the processing of your data.

8. Children

This service is not intended for children under 18 without the supervision of a parent or guardian.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.

Advertising and measurement (Meta Pixel)

If you accept tracking in the consent banner, we load the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms. Until you accept, no data is sent to Meta. Your choice is stored in the ks_consent cookie for 180 days.

• Data sent to Meta: the product pages you open, add-to-cart actions, checkout starts, and purchases (value and contents), together with browser identifiers (the _fbp and _fbc cookies) and your IP address.
• For purchases we also send the email address and WhatsApp number from the order in hashed form (one-way) through the Conversions API, so Meta can match purchases to ads. Your details cannot be read in their original form.
• The only purpose is to measure and optimise our ads. We do not sell your data.
• To opt out, choose Decline in the banner, or clear this site’s cookies and choose Decline. You can also manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account.
