1. Our service

Kindastream sells access to third-party services (for example streaming profiles or accounts and activation links). We are not an affiliate or official representative of those service providers. Brand names and logos belong to their respective owners.

2. Ordering and payment

• Prices are shown on the product page in rupiah (IDR) or US dollars (USD) and may change at any time without affecting orders already paid.
• An order is only successful once payment is confirmed. Orders not paid by the stated deadline expire and their stock is released.
• Payments are processed by Midtrans or PayPal. The payment provider's fees and terms apply.
• Promo codes apply only according to their terms (validity period, quota, and minimum spend).

3. Delivery of digital products

• After payment, access details appear on your order page through a private link. We do not send access details by email.
• You are responsible for keeping your order link and not sharing it. Anyone holding that link can see your access details.

4. Using the access

• Use only the profile, account, or link provided. Do not change the account's email, password, or PIN, and do not add or remove other profiles.
• For rental products, access lasts for the plan's duration and is closed automatically when the rental ends.
• Do not share, resell, or misuse the access you bought.
• Violations may result in access being closed without a refund.

5. Warranty and replacement

If the access you bought cannot be used through no fault of yours, we will fix or replace it during the product's valid period. Contact us with your order number and describe the problem. The warranty details of each product are shown on its product page.

6. Limit of liability

• Third-party services may be changed, restricted, or discontinued by their providers, beyond our control.
• Our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned.
• We are not liable for indirect losses or losses caused by the buyer's breach of these terms.

7. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

8. Personal data

The use of your personal data is covered by our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated from time to time; the version in force is the one shown on this page when you order. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
